Originally from Omaha, NE, Zach was born and raised in the construction industry. Surrounded by family in the masonry and carpentry businesses, Zach’s passion for construction started at a very young age. He attended Kansas State University where he earned his degree in Construction Science and Management from the College of Engineering. After graduation Zach relocated to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. There he worked on several projects including the likes of Aspen Highlands Base Village – Ritz Carlton, Aspen High School Addition & Renovation and the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder. In 2005, Zach relocated to Jackson Hole to construct the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve (LSR). After completion, he chose to stay in Jackson and carry his passion into the custom home sector. After several years of constructing high-end custom homes and ranches, Zach started his own company, ZM Construction, in early 2016. ZM Construction currently operates in Sheridan and Jackson, Wyoming. ZM Construction strives to maintain owner satisfaction, high quality construction and a full transparency policy.
